General Return/Exchange Guidelines
  • 1. Please contact us at prior to sending any returns/exchanges back to us.
  • 2. All returns/exchanges must include any accessories, documentation, etc., that was originally shipped with the product.
  • 3. Returns/exchanges may take up to 2 weeks to process, not including shipping time.
  • 4. Damaged product can be exchanged within 7 days of shipment unless a transit damage. (Courier Charges to be payed by the BUYER).
  • 5. In “address not found” or “delivery attempted” cases no refund is allowed.
  • 6. Size of Himalayan Rock Salt Lamps is described in product details which can be vary slightly due to the nature of the product. Refund won’t be allowed due to such size issues.
  • 7. Yelloflaame may hold the delivery if an item found out of stock or rare in nature, maximum for 10 working days. But if customer is asking for refund due unavailability of item(s), refund will be processed within 3 working days.
  • 8. Refunds won’t hold any interest as the money is refunding via payment gateway itself.

15 Day Return Policy – Unused Products Only

Returns are only accepted within 15 days of the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To return your product, please contact us at process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for shipping costs. If the product is received by us in unused and undamaged condition and in its original packaging, we will refund your purchase.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These goods are identified on the website and during the ordering process as being non-returnable.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Exchanges (Defective/Damaged Products Only)

10 Day Exchange Policy – Defective Products Only

Defective products may only be exchanged within 10 days of purchase. In order to process your exchange, we will need your order number, description of your setup (including photos if available), and any other information about your use of the product that may help us understand the potential defect.

In the event that a product is determined to be defective due to a manufacturer error or defective materials, we will repair or exchange the product as needed. If Yelloflaame determines that repair or replacement of a defective product is not practical, we will provide a refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your repaired/replacement product to reach you may vary.

Damaged in Shipment

Be sure to inspect your product once you receive it. Any damage from shipping must be reported to Yelloflaame within 7 days of receipt of the product.

If you receive your product and it has been damaged during shipment, please email us at right away. Include a description of the damages, and include pictures if possible. This information is extremely helpful to us in making sure that our products are packaged and shipped properly. We will arrange for the damaged products to be replaced.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
